Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of all IT services, software development, and consulting provided by JUKORA TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO. By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms in full.

2. Company Information

• Legal Entity: Services are provided by JUKORA TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, a Free Zone Company with limited liability.
• Registration: The company operates under Registration Number 77971 and License Number 79720.
• Regulatory Authority: We are licensed and regulated by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA).
• Registered Address: Our registered premises are located at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis.

3. Scope of Services

• We provide services strictly within our licensed activities, which include Information Technology Consultants, Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Trading, and Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design.
• All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be clearly defined in a separate, mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal prior to the commencement of any development.

4. Payment Terms

• Unless otherwise specified in the SOW, a non-refundable upfront deposit is required to initiate any design, development, or consulting project.
• Remaining payments are tied to specific, agreed-upon project milestones.
• Failure to remit payment within the specified invoice period may result in the suspension of services or delayed project delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client will hold the intellectual property rights to the final custom software or website design, excluding any proprietary backend frameworks, pre-existing code libraries, or third-party APIs used during development.

6. Governing Law

• These terms, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
