Refund Policy
Client Transparency
At JUKORA TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions. Due to the custom nature of software design, development, and IT consulting, our refund policy is structured to reflect the time, resources, and expertise dedicated to each project.
1. Initial Deposits
To commence any project, an initial deposit is required. Because this deposit covers the immediate allocation of resources, strategic planning, and initial architecture design, initial deposits are strictly non-refundable.
2. Milestone Payments
Projects are generally divided into specific deliverables or milestones.
- Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
- If a client chooses to cancel a project mid-development, they will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, proportional to the current milestone. Any excess funds paid beyond the completed work will be refunded within 14-21 business days.
3. Digital Products and Subscriptions
- For any pre-built software packs, API access, or digital infrastructure subscriptions, refunds are not provided once the digital product has been deployed, accessed, or integrated into the client's systems.
- If technical issues prevent the software from functioning as explicitly described in our service agreements, and our team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of management.
4. Third-Party Costs
Any fees paid on behalf of the client for third-party services (including but not limited to domain registration, server hosting, SSL certificates, or premium third-party API licenses) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
